Cunard Paper Work - Passenger Registration or Emergency Contacts


Log into MyGlobus, then select Passenger Registration or Emergency Contacts and complete the missing info, or call Globus at 800-221-0090 to have one of their customer service reps help you. That was the only way my other clients were able to get their info in the record and keep it. For some reason the system did not save it correctly and every few weeks we kept on getting messages that is was incomplete. Very annoying!

Important: Please confirm that you both have updated your Cunard records. The travel documents are sent from the UK directly to you. They cannot send if they do not have the right info in the dreaded "passenger information" file.

You should also review my notes about getting to Southampton from Scotland and make a decision. Everything else is arranged with the tour companies and your relatives, as far as I know.
