This photo was taken in 1961, the first time I saw an ocean or took a cruise or flew on an airplane for the first time, a 707 jet, Delta Airlines. It was a Windjammer cruise in the Bahamas for two weeks over the Christmas holiday and New Years! It was wonderful, I actually did scuba diving with professional divers from Canada. We came back to Chicago and it was 20 degrees below zero, for two weeks it was sometimes 50 below wind chill factor and some people back in the midwest wonder why I live on the west coast! Check out the various rivers, lakes and oceans I have been able to traverse over the years! I have been on most of the worlds major rivers and oceans. The longest river in the world, the Nile, the biggest river in the world, the Amazon, the Zambezi River and the biggest falls in the world, the Victoria Falls, the Mississippi and the Yangtze River, third longest in the world.
