Greek Island Cruise Documents Needed ~ 2021 Plus COVID-19 Additional Documentation

This will be our first trip outside the U.S.A. in a year and a half! Our last trip was to Dubai, Oman, India and Sri Lanka in 2020 for my 80th Birthday! This trip will be on the Viking Sea to Malta, the Greek mainland - Kalamata and Athens, Santorini, Rhodes, Crete and back to Malta. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a lot more documents to be filled out and vaccinations to be had.

• COVID-19 Vaccinations and Dates Card
• Swab Test - 72 Hours before the Flight - SFO COVID Fast Response Test
• Instructions on Filling out the veriFly app
• A veriFly app downloaded and Completed
• An EU Digital Passenger Locator PDF file Completed
• A Health Survey Completed before boarding the Viking Sea
• Up to Date Passport - Valid for Six Months after the Trip
• Driver's License or ID Card
• Boarding Pass for the Viking Sea
• Guest Information Form for the Viking Sea
• Check List for all Documents Needed
• A List Needed to fill out forms when landing in Malta including a Pen
• Airline Tickets
