Medical discoveries are not possible without volunteers like you.
Researchers need your help! Health research changes people's lives every day, but many studies end early because there are not enough volunteers. We help by matching you with research studies. Researchers need both healthy people and people with all types of conditions. Everyone can be the perfect research match!
COVID-19 Mental Health & Substance Abuse Study
A research team with University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN, believes you might be a good match for the following study:
Assessing Mental Health and Stress during the COVID-19 Pandemic
The purpose of this study is to 1) evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health and substance use and 2) identify vulnerability and resiliency factors associated with these outcomes.
This study involves completing a 20 minute monthly survey over the course of 6 months (7 surveys total).
You are eligible to complete this survey if you are over 18 and can read English. All surveys are anonymous and confidential.
After completing each survey, you will be automatically enrolled in a lottery to win a $100 Amazon gift card. Seven lotteries will be held over the course of the study and at each lottery three $100 gift cards will be offered (a total of 21 Amazon gift cards will be offered).
If you are selected to receive a gift card, you will get an email from study staff with the subject “[encrypt] COVID-19 Amazon Gift Card”. You will need to respond to that email within 7 days to claim the gift card or a new winner will be selected. Winners will be emailed within 30 days of the completion of each survey. Odds of winning are based on the total number of individuals who completed the survey at that time.
