For some reason I didn't have a copy of my Birth Certificate and when I checked this copy it was documented on June 24, 1969 by the County Clerk of Ogle County, Illionis. There also is a Filed for Record on September 5, 1963 and I wonder what that date indicates? All I know is I was drafted around that date so I am still confused!
