Health and uncertainty during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Public health crises, such as pandemics, are often accompanied by uncertainty and distress. Researchers at the University of Washington are gathering information about mental health and uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are interested in completing the survey, select "Yes, I'm interested!" below and you will be directed to the survey and can complete it online immediately.

By completing this survey, you may help us better understand how we can support mental health during pandemics now and in the future, particularly for people with chronic diseases and underlying health conditions. While our research team usually focuses on research with people living with multiple sclerosis (MS), we are recruiting both people with MS and people without MS for the survey in order to better understand mental health for people with chronic diseases, such as MS, and other underlying health conditions, as well as those without additional risk factors.

The survey will take about 15-30 minutes to complete. The survey will ask you to provide contact and demographic information, as well as information about your mental and physical health and if you are following public health recommendations. We will keep this information confidential.
